Cloutech Innovations’ team of experts is looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Analyst to work alongside our Marketing and Sales Teams to monitor, analyse, and optimise the effectiveness and reach of our digital marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate thrives on optimising and running campaigns, utilising Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (or other analytics tools) to drive campaign success. If you’re a creative powerhouse with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!
As our Digital Analyst, you must be a fantastic communicator because this is a crucial aspect of your job. You will spend a significant part of the day collecting, monitoring, and analysing campaign data.
After data collection, your next step will be data cleaning, ensuring that the dataset is free of erroneous or corrupt information, making the data ready for analysis. You will carry out this cleaning process either manually or by using automated tools. You will need to identify which data and metrics are relevant to the company’s goals and communicate this with the Marketing and Sales teams.
You will use data analytics techniques like Descriptive Analytics, Diagnostic Analytics, Predictive Analytics, etc., to analyse and interpret the data. You should be able to translate your data analysis into people-friendly terms through data visualisation, using high-quality charts and graphs to present your findings clearly and concisely. You must be prepared to present your findings in front of a group, in a report, and via email.
You will also analyse our sales funnels by working in tandem with our Sales Team to provide them with valuable insights and recommendations on sales volume, market trends, and even competitors’ sales activities.
You will be involved in providing detailed reports on key performance indicators and return on investment of various marketing campaigns, tracking email campaign metrics like delivery rate, open rate, and click-through rate. You will use predictive data analytics to forecast the sales trends of the company in the foreseeable future.
You will also monitor competitors’ marketing activities and outcomes, which is equally important. By examining the market trends of common products, you will help us develop competitive market strategies.
In essence, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. Your expertise will shine as you help create professional and captivating ads across social media and business platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google. Your deep understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics will allow you to finely tune our campaigns to meet and exceed our goals.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business (Preferred)
Digital Data Analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Google ads: 3 years (Preferred)
Facebook / Instagram ads: 3 years (Preferred)
